Everything we do at Wellspring is shaped by our values:

We cherish the Bible as being the ultimate rule and standard of faith, given by the inspiration of God and containing all things necessary for salvation. We teach it carefully, clearly and deeply.

We believe that the life, death, resurrection and reign of Jesus Christ has a powerful and transformative impact on people’s lives, unleashing new and eternal life with God. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we share this glorious news with those around us with generosity and welcome.

Through God, all things are possible. We value a life permeated by prayer, expressing our dependence on God by praying in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests.

With thankful and expectant hearts, we desire to worship God joyfully, reverently, and with undivided devotion. The Holy Spirit empowers us to celebrate Christ’s faithfulness and proclaim his greatness to all generations.

We steward all that God entrusts to us - creation, finances, buildings, and people - with justice and mercy. We use resources wisely, minimise environmental impact, and protect and nurture God’s gifts for future generations.

Jesus told us to go out and make disciples - lifelong students of Jesus - following him in every part of their lives. We value continual learning and growth as we allow the teachings of Jesus to shape our lives and church community.

We love one another in practical and sacrificial ways, showing the same love God shows us in Jesus. Motivated by love, we serve with humility and build a transparent culture of safety.

We serve wholeheartedly, each using our gifts to build up the church. Together we work so that the body of Christ grows strong and mature.
