
David is the senior Minister of Wellspring. He is married to Marianne, and they have four children. David completed his first degree in Psychology and Sociology at the University of Tasmania. He also has a Bachelor of Theology (Moore), a Master of Arts (Theology, Morling) and is undertaking a PhD in preaching. When not in the office (or the church), or running his kids around to sports or music, you might find David on the soccer field or perhaps out riding his bike taking in beautiful views around Sandy Bay.

Michael is the Chinese Minister of Wellspring. He is married to Linda with three children: Georgia, Gina and Jack. The family migrated to Melbourne from Hong Kong in 2003. Michael completed his undergraduate degree with the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing and later a Master's degree in Chinese Law from the City University in Hong Kong. He also recently completed the Australian College of Theology's Bachelor of Ministry through the Melbourne School of Theology's Chinese Department. Michael was elected Chairman of the Board of Chinese Ministries at Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Doncaster, Melbourne. After graduation from MST he worked for 18 months as an Assistant Pastor at Melbourne Chinese Bible Church. Michasel is passionate to study God's Word and to reach out to unreached people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ; he is especially burdened to evangelise those from different Chinese backgrounds. In his spare time, Michael enjoys family life, fishing, camping, sightseeing, photography and exploring the natural wonders of God's creation.

Chris is the Young Adults and Youth Minister of Wellspring. Chris moved to Tasmania when he was 10 and went to school and Univeristy in Hobart. In 2008 he left the Island state for Melbourne where he worked as a Youth Pastor for Holy Trinity Doncaster and studied his Masters of Divinity at Ridley Melbourne. During this time he met the wonderful Ellisa and they were married. Chris and Ellisa love Tasmania and enjoy exercise (Ellisa is a trained PE Teacher). They also enjoy watching a good TV show (nothing beats Survivor!), cooking food and seeing a good movie. They are hoping to get into some good bush walking now they live so close to the bush!

Helen is the Children's worker at Wellspring. She is married with three adult children and has a background in teaching. She is passionate about children reaching their God given potential and endeavours to provide a Children's program which encourages the children to enquire and learn about our awesome God. Helen also oversees the Friday morning ‘mainly music’, a music program for pre-schoolers and their carers. Helen loves to spend time with her family and friends and enjoys creative outlets such as scrap booking and relaxing with a good book.

Charles has been a Minister for a long time. Charles brings a wealth of experience to the staff team at Wellspring. He is a cabinet maker by trade. Charles retired after a long period of service as Rector of St Paul's Glenorchy. Serving the people of God is in his blood and he came out of retirement to help the team at Wellspring.
